The OC South Africa Expat Meetup

Meet other local South Africans to disucss culture, history and adapting (even speak Afrikaans).

We would look to have a get together at least once per 6 - 8 weeks in various areas of OC.

Anyone out there want to play in a real game of friendly cricket? If there are any ringers out there, nows the time to brush off the cob webs and get padded up...

Our neighbors the San Diego South African Expat Club are in the process of organizing a friendly cricket match over the summer, which includes the field at UCSD and all the equipment.

Their organizers need to know a.s.a.p. how many of the club members are interested to play or be spectators before we put in the bookings to receive the confirmation of the dates for the big game. Everybody will get a knock at the crease.

p.s. We're still looking for volunteer streakers and orange peelers.
